- To become a valid member, one must supply a valid name, valid e-mail address, and valid zip code.
- Members may not be machines, robots, or any other automated software. Addresses to where rewards will be sent will be verified.
- Members are responsible for claiming all of their rewards. This can be done either via e-mail to administrator@heybutler.com or help@heybutler.com or by direct mail to: HeyButler.com, Attention: Rewards, 30275 Bainbridge Road, Building A, Suite 4, Solon, Ohio 44139. If choosing to send via direct mail, HeyButler.com is not responsible for the cost of postage or mailing supplies.
- HeyButler.com reserves the right to evaluate the points earned by any member before sending rewards. HeyButler.com also reserves the right to deny rewards for misuse of any reward system, including printing of coupons.
- HeyButler.com reserves the right to evaluate all coupon and vendor suggestions. HeyButler.com will give points for valid coupon and vendor suggestions.
- HeyButler.com is not responsible for failure to connect to the internet.
- By becoming a member of HeyButler.com, you are agreeing not to "SPAM" any other individual member or business of HeyButler.com. "SPAM" is defined by sending any type of unwanted, soliciting emails. HeyButler.com reserves the right to terminate any membership or business that does not comply to this.
- All concerns, questions, or disputes regarding membership, points, rewards, etc., are to be sent in writing either via e-mail or direct mail. - HeyButler.com reserves the right to cancel, change, or terminate program at any time. HeyButler.com will send notice to all members and businesses 60 days prior to any significant change.
- Every member is only permitted to have and use one valid account with HeyButler.com. If you choose to have multiple accounts, only one account will be awarded Lucky Logo Game rewards on a daily basis and only one account can have points redeemed for gift cards and various prizes. The account first used to play the Lucky Logo Game will be awarded any prize, if one is won.
- The Butler Bracelet Chain contest runs on a monthly basis. You must be a member of HeyButler.com to win. Members log in their bracelet number and are automatically entered into this contest. The contest will award point prizes to each person in the longest chain of butler bracelet logins to that specific bracelet. Individual bracelets will be chosen for individual cash prizes. All winners will be posted in our recent winners category.
- You must be an active member on HeyButler.com to redeem your prize. Every card holds different prizes. These prizes include, but are not limited to entries for our Grand Prize of Free Gas for one year, entries into our Free Gas for a month, Hey Butler Hats and Shirts, Hey Butler points for Free Gas and Cash and Cleveland Gladiator tickets. You may view daily winning serial numbers by clicking the scratch off game link located on our Lucky Logo Butler game page. These numbers are good for only the day that the ticket number is shown on our sites video. These numbers are located in the second, and third scratch off box on your ticket. The video will also show you the location of select vendors that you can get your scratch off tickets at.
Only one ticket per valid active member may be redeemed.
You must be 18 years of age or older to redeem cash prizes.
Send winning five digit scratch off number, and or winning instant prize and scratch off ticket control number (located on back of scratch off) to Scratchoff@heybutler.com to redeem prizes won. Prizes will be redeemed in the order that they are received.
Heybutler.com reserves the right to request and verify winning ticket.
